We have seen a lot of progress today! As of 2:05 pm, all of our power has been restored. We are fully operational now, although still displaced from our offices. The water remediation has begun with sanitizing, fans, heaters, and dehumidifiers.

We have partial power in the building now. We can receive and ship orders and have partial production up and running. We are just waiting on the second phase of our power. Once the second phase is on, then we will be fully operational.

Hurricane Helene has caused severe disruption across our region, and our operations have been directly affected by the storm. We are currently functioning with limited power, sustained by a generator. Despite these challenges, our phone lines remain operational and serve as the most reliable means of communication at this time. We kindly ask for your patience as our response times may be slower than usual. We are currently able to receive orders, and we can ship orders for inventory we have in stock.
We are grateful to report that all of our staff and their families are safe. Currently, we are in the process of assessing the extent of property damage at our homes and workplace. Our front offices have sustained damage, and in addition to power and internet outages, we are undertaking necessary repairs, including the removal of carpeting and baseboards in affected areas.
The recovery process has been a collaborative effort. Ownership, management, and staff have come together to support each other, ensuring that we maintain clear communication and continue operations under these difficult circumstances.
Duke Energy has informed us that power restoration in our county is expected by Friday, October 4th, though we remain hopeful it may occur sooner. We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.
