This true left handed shear is an 8 1/2 in. overall length with a 3 in. cut. It is all metal with ICE tempered stainless steel. It is made in the USA and is excellent for shoe repair, upholstery, leather and PVC strapping. It is rust resistant made of 420 HC stainless steel.
